Firefox 1.5 is available!!

The award-winning Web browser is better than ever. Browse the Web with confidence - Firefox protects you from viruses, spyware and pop-ups. Enjoy improvements to performance, ease of use and privacy. It's easy to import your favorites and settings and get started. Download Firefox now and get the most out of the Web.

A Better Web Experience
Firefox 1.5 has an intuitive interface and blocks viruses, spyware, and popup ads. It delivers web pages faster than ever. And it’s easy to install and import your favorites. Packed with useful features like tabbed browsing, Live Bookmarks, and an integrated Search bar, Firefox will change the way you experience the Web, for the better.
Faster Browsing
Enjoy quick page loading as you navigate back and forward in a browsing session. Improvements to the engine that powers Firefox deliver more accurate display of complex web sites, support for new Web standards, and better overall performance.
Automatic Updates
The new Software Update feature makes it easy to get the latest security and feature updates to Firefox. Firefox automatically downloads these small updates in the background and prompts you when they are ready to be installed.
Tabbed Browsing
Use tabbed browsing to open multiple web pages in a single browser window, and quickly flip back and forth. Drag and drop open tabs to keep related pages together.
Improved Pop-up Blocking
Firefox’s built-in pop-up blocker has been enhanced to block more unwanted pop-up and pop-under ads.
Integrated Search
Tap into the power of the Web’s most popular search engines with the built-in Search bar, and easily add new engines.
Stronger Security
Firefox keeps you secure when you’re browsing the Web, closing the door on spyware, worms, and viruses. The Firefox community of developers and security experts works around the clock to monitor security issues and release updates to better protect you.
Accessibility
Firefox 1.5 delivers easier navigation for everyone, including those who are visually or motor-impaired. Firefox is now the first browser to support DHTML, which enables Web content to be read aloud - even new kinds of graphics-rich content. Users may navigate with keystrokes rather than mouse clicks, reducing the tabbing required to navigate documents such as spreadsheets. Firefox 1.5 is also the first browser to meet government requirements that software be easily accessible to users with physical impairments.
Customize Firefox
Select new button controls for your toolbars, install extensions to add new features, or change the look of your browser with themes - the way Firefox looks and works is under your control.
Next Generation Web Support
Innovative new Web applications and services deliver a richer Web experience. Support for open Web standards in Firefox ensures you can get the most out of this emerging class of Web-based tools.

Virus Watchout...

Maybe it's old news, well, it's a week old me thinks, but still it's relevant, just watch out for viruses going round, perpetraiting to be Paris Hilton, or from the FBI. Hotmail and Yahoo! users will have these in their junk folder (screenshot from mine below) but the way to remember is that emails that are 75k are VIRUSES at this particular moment in time. Not all viruses are 75k, but look below and you'll see these virus emails are 75k in size. So be on guard, and any more relevant info can be found at the link below the image. Stay safe, yo...

Info about it from BBC News

Handful Of Thumbs - Only At Myspace!!

It gives me great pleasure in introducing this band to the masses, a band who "can't really say what we sound like in these early days". You gotta love the honesty! Anyway check them out, click on the image or the link below, and if you like their sound, tell them! Leave a message on their accoutn and forward their name around, who knows what may happen? And when, not if they play stadium rock in proper stadiums, you'll know where you heard about them first. Think of me as a pre-NME thingy. Anywho check them out and be proud of your local music scene!!

Yes! A new post! With words!

Heh, yes it's been a while chumps and chumpettes, and I cannot guarantee this would have been worth waiting for, but still, you might learn something new today, you might have that quizzical look on your face which expresses lust, disgust or custard. Who knows? But still, stick with this post today, it is good. Well, I say that before I've wrote anything so could be the complete opposite.

Firstly, why haven't I posted a real, erm, post for a while well y'know work calls and i have to respond - not to the best of my ability but still i did half-heartedly respond, and time, as always gets away with you. I learn not to try and fight it but go along with the tide, and see where it takes me. But by the end of the night i'm usually in a park in the Midlands drinking cheap cider, so i must stop that. But enough with the rambles, what's changed? Well, I removed Badblogs from the ESSENTIAL LINKEHS , methinks it went down somewhat, but not to fear, a site of equal (perhaps more?) stature is replaced, namely in the shape of S*ittyblogs, oh and updated Will's blog, apparantly the URL wasn't right.... Hmm but thats corrected. Oh, and in the graphical links, I've added a FIREFOX, and Thunderbird . Just a quick note to thank everyone who so far has downloaded the programs, the benefits of using far outweigh using IE, no matter what that Communist Dave says. He's just jealous of his slow infected computer. If you know people who would benefit from using the two programs listed above, forward this page onto them and let them click the link to feel the magic. Lastly, I've added a graphical button for Dofus, one of them MMMMMOORRRPPPGGG thingy's, just to whet your appetite somewhat.

And so we come back to myself, and all who sail in me. I don't have much to comment upon, aside from the communists who leave anti-inflammatory comments, which I keep a close eye on. Speaking of which, next time I find "spam-comments", I will publishing those IP's and forwarding them onto to, erm, well I dont know who, i never managed to quite figure that bit out, but still YES, the world will use your i.p address for spam harvesting heh heh heh spam fritters, absolutely gorgeous. STILL, that's not the point, "Emily".

On that note i'll be off, gonna try and book tickets for that 50 cent movie, which looks, trippin', and listening to Stephen Fretwell, who doesn't like being photographed. Well in my dreams he doesn't. But still thanks for reading and leaving comments, and remember, don't listen to Dave. He's a git.

Kevin Federlines song Y'All Ain't Ready

Click the link here to listen to a clip of Ms. (Mrs??) Spears beau "K-Fed" laying down some "phat" freestyles over a "phat" beat, andthe other things which mean "good" but aren't spelt correctly. Apparantly we're not ready for him or his song. Judging by this I doubt anyone will ever be...
